I genuinely don't know enough about bitcoin and its legal to know how this would go down. My feeling with crypto is there's not actually anyone regulating any of it seriously enough. There'd probably be some news stories about a bunch of bitcoin moving from some wallets to other wallets, and that's all we'd hear about it.

When peopel see you giving out reactions, they can be more likely to give you reactions back,
Then save up for P4, since P2 and P3 are mostly profile customization.

That's why the instructions of eating pizzas are very clear. The church of pizza peace is a global and powerfull organization, but the rules are the rules. And we only two rules:
1) Don't make anything that results in less people eating pizza.
2) Follow rule number one.

Anything that can be translated to money is regulated somewhere. For criptocurrencies more specifically it depends on certain aspects, like the nature of transactions, if selling/buying using convencional money it tends to affect income tax and/or consume tax; if transactioning by means of official banks it affects (in some countries) the financial operations tax.
