I looked at the banned list once. Mainly people cause of spamming. Saw a few for posting **. But the one's that blew my mind were the ones banned for user names. Saw some of the names and could only think how can someone be so fucking stupid

I think my favorite one I saw listed in the the reason column was simply "cya" ,

Yep, I just noticed that they were unbanned for quite some time before getting socked.

In the forums I used to mod, we had to go through every couple of day to check for that sort of thing.
Most racist terms were auto declined, but people got creative with number and symbols.
That was my first job as mod on one site, just going through and banning users that were racist and stuff. A lot of references to killing other people or users as well.
