Nowadays when I'm gonna go on a binge with my cousins and siblings I take an omeprazole and a pedialyte beforehand. Takes the edge off the hangover by 90%-99%. Unless I go reeaaaaaally overboard with the drinking, which I haven't done in years.

Been on Omeprazole for well over 2 decades now. Originally prescription.

I don't say it happens here but there is a lot of place on internet where mods abuse their power to censor and ban arbitrarily people they don't agree with. Also social medias like Facebook and Twitter where the moderation is ideological, nonexistant or random depending of the time of day and the captain's age.

I wasn't joking before when I told you before if the sleep issues are this bad you gotta Pavlov yourself. I know it sounds crazy but after years of barely getting any sleep and trying multiple different ways to fix it this was the only thing that worked for me. Still works, its the only way I can function during the week and get the sleep I need for work

I looked at the banned list once. Mainly people cause of spamming. Saw a few for posting **. But the one's that blew my mind were the ones banned for user names. Saw some of the names and could only think how can someone be so fucking stupid

Both make me fall asleep.

Edit: Do you drink caffeine? I try to stay away from that stuff, it makes me jittery like bouncing
off the walls and makes my mind race.

I don't know why there isn't a indexer of sorts (at least that I know of) that says which shows are in which services.
I have Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Crunchyroll, but if I want to watch something I have to manually search in all of them...
