Here we have federal laws that dictate how these things are handled.
Here all workers have the right to miss work if it's justified (like a sick note/medical certificate) and the employer can't punish you for doing so.
At least on theory, because some bosses will make up some excuse to fire you if you use it much, even if you have some serious sickness. Hahaha
So I get kinda confused by how it is on the States.

In my country, that's like that too. You can have unlimited sick day as long as you have a medical certificate. During sick leave, social security also pay you some money to compensate for the lost salary.

Apartment 69 the dev said he has 3 scenes to do for the update, so that will probably be another year or so.

It's so long since it was update, so i was thinking the game was abandoned, plus, the dev was harassed by some idiots because of the trans character.

On one hand i understand the reason for "hiding" it, on the other hand, i dont think the requirement of 750 coins is justified. People that want to chat will chat without the need to force them. The ones that dont want to, will only force themself to chat, so they can get the needed coins. I am an example of that. Trying to create a "community" by "forcing" people is just stupid imo. But thats me.

Yeah thats why i said i understand the need for them. On the other hand, something like 200-300 coins would be sufficient imo. Not too little so people cant send one messege and be done with it, but not so much that it forces people to post and "interact with the community"
