This coin system is torture for me, I hate interacting with people . I'm a true goblin living in my cave
Yeah, it's a tough system, but you'll get there!

Want to get your Mem+ with less work?

Could just post art in the image threads and get likes

I guess... But that's a lot of work :D
It's not as difficult as you'd think, and you might end up enjoying it!

I mean.... sometimes it takes me 5 min from seeing the daily prompt to posting the pic and getting a like.

Better out than in, I guess...?
That kid would be in his 30s now and he probably STILL hears about it - especially from his friends from back then.

Huh? You got rejected?
I personally can never tell. If it's my e-mail address, I'm fucked. It's the one I made with fake information for the specific reason of not tying it to my irl identity

Same and to get 5000 coins is gonna take a while, at least we have the 200 option first

If you interact enough and in the right places, you'll build up credits somewhat quickly. I've managed to get about 400 credits just from making posts and getting likes on said posts, and I've only been here for like a week and a half. My advice is to get 500 for the bank first, and then you'll be earning at least 5 credits a day by doing absolutely nothing. Then try to go for the 200 option, as interacting in those threads will get you credits faster. Also, if you make a good enough post in any of the daily art threads, you might just get a reward from mime.

And I'm this guy, but a week or two in the future, I'm around 2000 AC2.0 , and now deciding whether to save up 5000 for lifetime or buy a month of mem+ first, and then lifetime. Also debating whether to spend my first AC on donator, premium for the double/triple interest or whether to just save up 10k. Decisions, decisions....

I'd probably say go for lifetime if you're already at 2k in less than 2 weeks, as you're averaging about 200 a day and should be at 5k in just over 2 more weeks. Also, for the donator and premium, you need donation coin, not activity coin, which requires donating money to the site.

Ah, thought those were AC. Either way, the grind isn't bad if you're active!

Yup, I think I made an estimate last week that, at least for me, it would take about 50-60 posts for me personally to get to 500 points, and as far as I can tell, I'm still on target to hit that.

Everyone is super chill here which makes the interacting part easy, really good recs as well. Honestly find it harder to think of something to post. Trying to avoid just posting slop/spamming. The 3 minutes inbetween likes is normally a good time to think.

Lakers in 7 btw... 🫣

Yeah, the hardest part for me is that I'm usually here when this thread is pretty dead, and if there isn't anything that has interested me in the previous day or that I feel I can add on to, then I find it difficult to post. I haven't even tried starting my own unique discussion in here yet.

Spot on with this. Sort of a waiting game to see if anyone is talking about any topics you're interested in sometimes lol. You've got a good message:like ratio so you're clearly posting quality. Sometimes when it's been very active I just can't read through everything either but find it easy to drop a like on the funny stuff or the good takes. The react timer and different timezones don't help. Firing up a discussion is probably the method. Alternatively, starting a thread is difficult because you sort of want to hit the hottest threads before disappearing out of the latest section, so it's got to be an engaging sort of topic.

Agreed it's hard to talk on topic didn't interest you or know nothing about

Some people just open their own topic here, unrelated to previous posts. I guess that's also valid if thread is slow.

Good morning and happy Throat Punch Thursday.
