I would like to hear about the mods you tried, I got the Nightfallcraft mod, but havent tried it yet

If it's the one I'm thinking of I just tried it for the first time

Genuinely nothing worse than the excitement of seeing a game you've enjoyed get an update, just to open up the recent comments and see a bunch of disappointment

Really enjoyed bound by lust and summers gone but both updates have apparently sucked. At least ripples has been extremely good!

I'll bite, how so? If there's overrating, the defense is master craftwork. Writing, casting, acting, cinemetography, soundtrack, quotability, pacing, suspense/payoff, lack of loose ends. Do you think it fails on any of those points?

I don't have any high-brow reasons, I just find all the characters insufferable. Hard to get into a show where I don't like any of the cast lol.

Acting lessons is one that comes to mind that wrapped up whilst playing. Think the general sentiment is that western AVNs always get abandoned... or dragged on for eternity.

The issue is that in order to get the best ending, you have to be at least a little bit violent, and being a pacifist could potentially get you the worst ending in the game (depending on other choices you make).

Succubus kingdom abandoned tag hurt my soul. And even games that came back with a new dev like stray incubus.

I'll have to give that a go. I definitely would have played pacifist lol. Takes a really good game for me to get into the villain/violent character.

Something happened to the dev as they just stopped communicating on all platforms; we still have no idea what happened to them, although people think they may have died due to mentioning prior health issues. The game was then taken over by a "friend" of his who also took over the original F95 thread and released a new update, which had a somewhat mixed reception due to being a bit of a juxtaposition to the original game

It's not really known if they were actually a friend of the dev or not, as their claims are a bit dubious, which is why I put that in quotes

I can understand this. It's not really a show where you're supposed to like the characters. They're all deeply flawed in some way, it's a show about self-destruction in a lot of ways. It's about watching the car crash of people's lives.

Got work days coming, so won't be able to work much. Got maybe half of what I need done, but I think I'm gonna hold off on posting it for a bit. First couple GoodGirlAcademy sets were pretty hardcore. Figure I'll get a few more wholesome sets up before jumping right into monster-fucking lol.
