Tolerable, until they start using species that just have no appeal whatsoever. I just cannot fathom having the hots for elephant-people, for example. Don't really get scales or feathers either, and I despise snakes. I guess I prefer the implied cuddliness of more basic mammals? Beats me, but that's where my lines are drawn.

Also deliberately using kids' movie characters as a primary part of a separate fetish weirds me out. I'm looking at you, Kaa from The Jungle Book, and yer feckin' hypno-eyes.
