We've talked recently about relaxing that rule, but it's still in place.

We've always had some users who just prefer to post in the more restrictive sections. For example, plenty of @vampirecreatur 's stuff could be in public or M+, but you'll find it in the VIP threads anyway. Not the first user to do that, and won't be the last.

If we're talking just ramen, then Shin. But instant noodles in general I like the Maruchan Yakisoba. I generally prefer saucy noods over soupy ones.

Learning to draw first makes sense. Maybe free courses or pirated courses would be good?

Virtual machines can be intimidating but with the help of an AI to guide you it should be straight-forward. My experience is virtualization software generally defaults to having secure settings. Mainly you need to figure out how to enable and disable network access and how to work with snapshots.
