There are a few threads, but the public daily image thread is accessible to all members of the site. And people are welcome to post gifs and such in here using the daily theme. We used to have a couple of users doing that.

Yeah, that's my main thing as well. I used ATF as my main source to keep track of games, both made by ATF devs, and outside games people shared. Found SO MANY gems that way, and playing many games in current development. I'm really hoping the various devs find their way here to add their games so I don't lose track of them all.

Many do have their own websites as well, but I'll never keep track of like 15 separate developer site, and having a bookmark list of loli games feels like a poor choice
