It seems its a problem related to the auto translate program. Over at forbiddenhaven this was suggested:

Seems like the issue with the Stroke and Remove buttons is related to the translator program. I found this comment on another game hosting site:
"Ok, I figured a few thing out. You can use the auto translator, but add ぬがす=ぬがす and なでる=なでる to _AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt, before starting or change them if they are in there as “undress” and “stroke”. This will allow those actions, but translation will work everywhere else, that I know of. Also Bepin plugin DumbRendererDemosaic.dll worked to decensor. Happy mind hacking everyone."

Thanks for this tip! With your help I was able to fix it. I also discovered that in addition to those, you also need to add ひろげる=ひろげる for the peeing scene for her to spread her legs

This worked for me, though ぬがす was translated as remove rather than undress before I changed it. the txt file is found in BepinEx/Translation/en/Text

I'm getting a black screen right after starting the game, removing translation plugin didn't help.


UPD: apparently this game isn't satisfied with just a locale emulator, and completely shits itself if your date-time are different from...whatever was wrong with them. setting it to Japanese helped

This is definitely a bug caused by the translator or resource redirector.
Moving the BepInEx folder to another location solves the problem, but disables the translation.

We need to somehow adjust the translator settings so that the translator ignores these buttons (remove/stroke).
Who will take on this challenge?

Otherwise, we'll have to play the game constantly switching between the English and Japanese versions.
The same scenes always have the same text, so there's nothing new to miss. We can play interactive scenes in the Japanese version.

Well, a solution has been found. You only need to change one setting in the config file to get these buttons working.
I'll test it in case anything else breaks, and then I'll write up what needs to be done.

Find the AutoTranslatorConfig.ini file in the game folder by following the path \BepInEx\config\.
Open it in Notepad, find the line:
TextGetterCompatibilityMode=False
and change False to True. Save the changes. This should make the Remove(Undress) and Stroke buttons work.

Stroke helps calm the girl down, and you will have time to teach her more.

It's actually not. I removed all of it to test and this issue still happened.

Edit: There is actually an official english version of the game which got the same bug.

So, you didn't remove all the mods, some were left. I deleted the entire BepInEx folder, the game became in Japanese, and the buttons started working. Then I returned this folder back to the game, changed the settings as described above, and got the game in English with working buttons.
