What genres do you like? I bought "The Seance of Blake Manor" a couple weeks ago and loved it, great little mystery game.

Promise Mascot Agency also ate up some hours for me, though god only knows what genre I'd call it. Fun and engaging, either way.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Baldur's Gate 3 are both still controlling my life though. (fair warning though E33 is very french and more than a little depressing at times. But god damn is it good)
Honestly, from here I've played a bunch of the bigger names, Desert Stalker was a really good time, Summertime Saga was a great entry point (Even with any flaws, I always come back).
The last game I blasted through was My Pig Princess, which isn't *really* my thing, but that game is artistically incredible. I'd recommend it.

As for other games, almost always Rimworld. Can't ever get enough of it.

Is there a

problem ?
eats batteries like mad, scrolling docent really scroll, it does random jumps in whichever direction it feels like.
up is dawn, down is up & one way is whatever way it wants to go.

Have yet to play Desert Stalker (but I need to!) but I also played a bit of My Pig Princess and it was really good! The pig girl is so cute :3

It's not even the artwork, it was the writing that really sold me. It's a gorgeous game, doesn't overstay it's welcome, and really has lovable characters.

Nice to meet you too! I've only been active on these forums for a couple weeks so might have missed each other <3
yes I don't recognies but regardless, its always good to meet and chat to new people. I am not a huge lurker chat person. I find it hard to keep up, but im never going to reject. I find it helps also pass time, especially during not so good weather for outside.

I hope your weekend so far is going well and fun.

I keep putting Desert Stalker off hoping it will get close to finishing lol. Do you think it's worth it in its current state or will I be mad wanting more?

yes its my (dollar store) wireless PC mouse & my spoiler is very bad humor reflecting on the amount of scams that go on every day on the internet.

i once had a guy in Nigeria try to sell me a "black garbage bag" full of "placer gold" from the rivers of Nigeria ( LOL, this is a true story )

gold is way too heave to keep in a garbage bag if you do the math a standard 13-gallon kitchen garbage bag completely full of pure, loose placer gold would weigh approximately 1,300 to 1,500 pounds (590–680 kg)

always stay diligent on the internet & IRL

it will keep you wanting more & if you pace it, there is a large amount of game play to keep you going for the next 2 or 3 updates without any extra waiting, the dev is pretty good with their update scheduling.

I've only ever had One decent wireless mouse, and its the weird Microsoft one my job bought in bulk a decade ago. We have dozens of the things sans-dongles lying in a bin out back, and only about 6 complete units left. Damn things hold a charge forever, work from 20ft away, track well on every surface in the building, click clean and crisp, I love em.

And I kinda wish I knew what the "buy one" model number was so I could hunt one down for myself, because I've only ever had garbage luck with wireless mice/keyboards at home. Even pricey units have been flakey as hell on my desk. So, I still run wired on my main desk.

my old wireless mouse used 1 battery every 6 months, this dollar store mouse uses one battery every 6 to 10 days
I'm going to buy a $50 mouse just to save on the costs I'll save on batteries

I sell any type of electronics with gold content on ebay as "recoverable gold"

Yeah our problem was, we ship a laptop or panel PC with every instrument we sell. Whatever tech was doing QA that day would plug in a dongle to run through their test scheme, and forget to pull it when they completed their checklist (well, mostly it was one tech, the ADHD was strong with that one). So we just built up a pile of mice that couldn't talk to anything in short order.

And because they were bought on the corporate dime we can't dispose of them easily either, need to follow the draconian EHS rules for disposal of electronics and none of us are quite masochistic enough to face that phone book sized pile of paperwork quite yet. So it just collects dust in a corner of the warehouse.

ahh wrong type of adhd. some adhd people would be more likely to remember every detail. or maybe thats ocd but whatever. you could just use wired mice to solve this issue. they'd also be cheaper than wireless mice.

Hilarious part is, everything has touch screens anyway and all our UI's use big chunky button elements. The mice were basically pointless out on the floor, but we had em so they got used. I'm just glad someone thought to stash a few for the office beforehand.

The 1984 of the wireless mouse world.

right click is left click
plus pole is minus pole

Wireless mouse was always connected to wifi
2 clicks + 2 clicks = 5 clicks

only wireless mouse I have loved was the wireless g502, there are some okay cheap ones but they always seem to lag.
