The situation on cook95 is even funnier with the game auto-updater. There, users unthinkingly grant admin access to their computers, Python, browsers and browser plugins, all tabs, and even their cook95 account. LOL.

Are the animations laggy?

I played the win version on joiplay
There was nothing wrong with the text
But the fps was bad
Didn't crash on me
But it was around 25 to 35 fps

I didnt get that far, figured i wait and see if there was a fix coming soon as i like reading all the words lol.

Honestly me too. I think these type of games having Internet data sent out is kinda crazy... Secure or not.
Then again i guess most of us wont have much online anonymity in the next few years anyway.

are you going to fix the saves on pc too ?
they cant be accessed & there is no way to continue

The idea is pretty simlpe make things safer for the community. So you do not expose yourself by searching on windows or mac through a meeting etc.



KK will have to look into that. Sadly we do not have any mac-test users.

If you never want to do that you can just decline and good.

Not trying to be a dick but, if you don't have mac-test users, perhaps it would be better to leave the save files where they originally were? At least that way the game is playable.

I use a program called UltraFast adult games compressor v3.1.3.28. I found it over at that site cuck95. I know almost nothing about what I'm doing but this program handles it all.

i didn't get a network access request

Can't you just skip through dialogue to get to where the update started won't it be better than abandoning the game, I always just start the game all over again, have never used saves so sorry I can't relate. Well except if the game is too bad to start from the beginning then......

So you drop 90% of renpy games that get more than a couple updates? Because almost every game at some point gets an update that breaks saves lmao.

Don't see what the big deal is holding ctrl for a couple minutes at most usually. It only really gets annoying in games that are either VERY long, or have unskippable mini-games/combat sections. And even then its not a big deal, just inconvenient.

I haven't played this game yet but seems like it's fairly short even without skipping through.

You can just decompile the entire code and check it by yourself if you cry because of the network-access.
If you can complain you can also check the code it's not that hard. If you find a breach or security issue you can complain but without having checked
the code or anything else just press 'NO' and good.

Just use the game in offline mode aka. no internet connection and you're good to.... also our service running through cloudflare, which has removed ip-addresses so we losing them on purpose before even entering our server. Generated UUIDs also getting removed after 5mins we just need them to avoid spamming our backend....

For complains about the skip/day shit, I totally agree with you guys... we will add a god-mode for next chapter so you can even unlock everything and start on a specific day in the story.

For the macintosh users, yeah I did not know its just on mac-os.... we will try to fix this ASAP.
