That's rough, from what I've heard it was the worst rotation by far, even before all the staffing shortages blew up during Covid. Did you switch to a different department, or somehow just wrangle a more sane schedule?

still helping in ER but I'm only doing it part time rotate different hospital in my area. Having more of my own time are bless.( I'm not a nurse or a doctor, I'm just an Nurse Aide staff)

Hey, even if you aren't pulling bullets, can't run an ER without all the support. Well, hopefully you can return to a more human sleep schedule. How have things been on the medical side? I hadn't really paid attention since the last big nurses' strike in my area. Still underpaid and overworked?

It's same old in my country. State own pay like shit but other benefit are good and Private Hospitals paid a bit better but don't have many benefit in long term like state hospital. not to sound like a psychopath but I'm doing it see blood and help doctor stitching people up, the money are just giveaways.....nah I'm just kidding.

Well, just make sure you don't let private hospitals take over the whole industry, or you'll end up with shit pay and shit benefits lol.

well good thing I'm not live in US. let just say I'm in SEA. it's 36°c and raining out here for some reason.

Damn you and your sensible metric units. 36 C is... hot? I know that above 40 is the wishing for death zone, and around 20 is... the fine zone? But without converting it I really only know where freezing and boiling are. Because someone thought it might be a good idea for their scale of measurement to be intuitively functional and aligned to real-world phenomena.

30-39 celsius here I consider it average and rather good. below 25 and it become freezing evert time the wind hit you. I think it depend on the humidity as well. And when it hot oh boi It's Hot like hell.
