Well had a very good tasting homemade chicken Parmesan sandwich, potato wedges, and an Italian salad for dinner.

Lesson here fellas is learn to cook cause let me tell ya...a lot of woman today can't cook at all.

Only so many times I can eat microwave, can food, or frozen food.

That it does but it takes patience as well. As the more advanced recipes take to much damn time to prepare and cook.

If you change or deviate to much you end-up ruining the dish, but sometimes you create something good tasting.

That's me baking the damn baked goods always come out different.

Nothing like flat hard cookies or cookies that cool off and turn into little hard bricks.

I mean just a general understanding of spices is enough to take a meh dish into something really nice, and its quick. But to go from that to AMAZING food is alot of effort. But that initial effort for good food is alot less than I think people think.

Believe me you can sabotage it with hot spices and other additives.

My many years of working as a line cook and fast food worker before logistics has made me hate consumers.

That sounds rough, would not want to be in that situation, thankfully we don't have bears here. Only large animal that could kill us would probably be a cow, which has higher numbers than you would think it would.
