It seems to have increased member activity but I hope it's not just for the coins.

As it would help if more start getting interested in A.I and sharing their creations.

Yep. I'm hoping I can get people to "Watch" the thread as well, so they get notifications. And receiving reactions helps encourage artists to post.

I know some artists who felt discouraged by lack of reactions, not due to needing the coins. It's just some users don't react, so you can't know how many enjoyed the works.

it should be get games get to be part of the best community on the internet.

when new users have to wait 160 seconds its not that they don't want to leave a reaction, its that taking 2 minutes and 40 seconds to like a post that takes 3 to 15 seconds to read is not viable to the human mind.

page has 20 posts, it takes 2 minutes & 40 seconds to like each post, that's 53.3 minutes per page (that's an hour with 99% of the time wasted, waiting)

than you need 2,500 coins to remove that 160 second wait when 98% of everyone already bought members+, why do they need to spend 2,500 coins to like a post when the incentive is nothing. member giving the reaction gets zero coins.

its like paying $19.95 a month fee for a real life bank account that doesn't pay interest & charges $0.50 each time you use your bank card.

I lurk there and didn't know about this. That's weird, I wonder why they are.

Service providers like payment processors (Visa, Paypal,..), file hosts, (Mega, GoFile,..), platform (Steam, GoG,..) Social Media (BlueSky, X,..) will end cooperation if reputational damaging could happen. So everyone who want stay afloat appeases the advertisers. We know that like in journalismus, the ad industry contains of way to many crybabies and snowflake, that get triggered by everything and cancel what the can.

I didn't even know the f in Fuck95 stood for fuck. I thought everyone was saying fuck95 as an insult to the website.

Not that much. RIght now the only ad I've seen are banners for candy Ai. The site doesn't bombard you with ads.

Shared revenue with at least 2 file hosters.

Yours is okay, but others, like with a white background are unreadable. If these people like it, go for it, but for people who don't like it, it would be so great to deactivate it, even if this person with that special white background intends to "troll" people with it.
