I didn't like Jean Jacket

I did notice the Neon Genesis Evangelion art but did not tie them together until a year later. I have trouble categorizing this movie and a like or dislike.

All solid. Pass on the new Tron if it is going to cost any money. The new running man is not awful but it is not very good either.

Love that movie even if it's not like the book but the new remake is more faithful, and you'll hate the ending.

good to hear they went with a more faithful adaptation as otherwise I don't really see the point in the remake. I'll admit, I didn't even think about that possibility at first though and was just thinking of stuff like the RoboCop remake where apparently the point of it was to completely butcher the original vision. I also just realized that I've been applying that same idea to the Total Recall remake even though I haven't seen it but I'm pretty sure that they didn't make that more faithful to the Philip K Dick story and they did just remake the movie plot.

I haven't actually read The Running Man but I think I've got the Bachman books collection so I probably should. Then I can watch the new movie and get upset.

Yeah both of those movies butchered the plot and pissed off the authors, but hey they still got payed.

Both remakes though pleased the authors as they were more faithful adaptations.
