it seems like pushing people in a thread like this to post in game threads instead is just going to end up with off topic content in game threads and I don't think anyone really wants that

If you don't mind having a conversation about this, I'd like to ask why you think this would be a good idea? Game threads have either spam comments like "nice" or barely english posts, this will just increase spam and your moderators are already stretched thin. If this thread gets archived, nobody will be left.

it's not like it's unique to this forum. people come to off topic threads for a different reason than they should be going to game threads for.

Why I am in a shitty fucking mood. I fell Friday. Wasn't feeling the greatest was leaving the shop to come in and get my better headset and make my lunch. I slipped on the slushy snow on the step for the shop. It spun me sideways and i came down on on the top step landing on my ribs. I was in voice with Tripod and Tearson and they knew instantly something was wrong and poor Tripod was looking all over for my wife or daughters phone number. I told him not to call cause well they will flip the fuck out. I managed to get on my feet and sat back down. This was as 12:15..... I texted my daughter to bring me a couple pain meds and told her not to call her mother and we will deal with it when she gets home from work.
Pissed off wife yelled at me and daughter.. more at my daughter cause she didn't say anything like I asked her. Off to the ER.... maybe 45 min wait then another 20 or so waiting on a doctor. Finally see one and she straight up orders a shot for pain that she said should have been done a hour ago. She let that settle then dragged me to the catscan room where the lovely lady there showed the utmost care in handling me... fucking bitch.....
While later doc comes back confirms no broken ribs but very very bruised ribs and muscles. Gave me another pain shot and a hydrocodone to get me till morning... She sent in a script for a few days worth hydro #5.
All well and good hurt like fucking hell all night..... wife goes to work later than normal but stays the entire day.... thankfully I had stuff a buddy sent me for pain...... I also have a weakened immune system and my wife brought a nasty cough and cold into the house and wouldn't ya know I would catch it....... So now not only do I have badly bruised ribs and muscles but fucking coughing on top of it making it 100X worse.........
Now lets not let ole Jim get any better.. NOPE lets throw in a fucking flair up of ulcerative colitis..... So yea that's my week....
This thread has been a thorn in my side since its creation because instead of making meaningful posts with constructive feedback or even helpful threads to starting devs you all waste your time in here and only farm coins. Sand post from your actual account and maybe I might consider answering your question or maybe since I am already in a shitty mood not being help by my moderators atm I may just ignore it since I am the only admin and the one thats coming in as my assistant.. well he aint as nice as me.

I believe you already answered it, and that account I can't sign in, it wouldn't delete after 24 hours so a staff member manually removed everything on it. I only came back to give some advice, whether or not you take it, is up to you, but I still believe that removing this thread would be horrible for LC. And I do hope that you recover from your injuries, always put your health before this site. That'll be my last post.

That would also drive any new people away. Nobody would get members+ or anything without this thread other than by paying, and that would be unlikely then.

I'd actually be fine with comments not receiving coins in here as long as you could still get them from reactions.
