Hands Down my FAV game, shit is next level

Visuals on point, soundtrack is Pure Flames

Animations are sometimes a lil wonky but fuck that, the story alone will make you bypass it

Very good renders and nice-looking girls. But I can't stand or abide sandbox. The story about a fraternity is kind of boring. There is not much story. Dev is the one who did that awful game acting lessons. I dislike the money aspect of the game, the grinding. The Social media. You can't play it purely a choice based visual novel. The game punishes cheating as well, make a game insufferably hard, make it impossible for people to endure and enjoy. If it was a fuckfest with story and choices, I'd love it. But I can't get that burning to death acting lessons scene out of my head, I still haven't forgiven them for that. I haven't played it in ages so maybe I'm far off the mark. But I remember how annoying it was, the sandbox elements.

Still don't get the DIK or Chick thing. And why that locks certain actions and characters out, quite lame if you ask me. I also dislike the friend of the main character.

Is Dev still anti Harem? Again I'm thinking of Acting Lessons and taking the players choice away.

Yeah, im with you, the graphics are awesome but that system of DIK or Chick made me drop the game

I played it a long time ago when I played sandbox games, but now I just don't like sandbox. And if a game makes me do homework or school test... it is a pass from me. And I am also a bit salty about Acting Lessons, what a terrible ending. Games that punish the player for playing the game.... well not for me.

Anyway, I know the game is well liked by a lot of people, and that is great, I am happy that it has happy players.

I would say that it is one of the best but not the top 1, the story is decent, the girls are quite good and the animations could be better but it works, it is a pretty solid visual novel in my opinion I would give it an 8/10

It's my most played game. I love most of the characters and the renders. I don't think it's my favorite though. Cozy Cafe is better IMO.

This game left me indifferent. The graphics are good, but the plot didn't fascinate me. And at some point, I just stopped and deleted this game, never to return to it. Maybe it's an age thing, I'll turn 53 in a couple of weeks, and I'm just not interested in students' problems. By the way, I've just thought about it and realized that I haven't completed any games with school/college/university setting tags. Even the Summertime Saga went into the trash bin at some stage.

Never played that game, looks too much like any other DAZ game and the hype that some(*) people make is obnoxious.
So no idea if it's good or bad.

('*) Yeah some people, not everybody. I have to make this disclaimer because fans of a media with a big and vocal fanbase sometimes overlook this kind of stated detail.

Nope. Sandbox + grinding = not fun. The visuals may be good, but as a game it isn't fun to play.

Sandbox? Grinding? In BaDIK? If you're talking about the cash, you can find more than enough to do stuff if you play without minigames and besides that, cash isn't even important in this game (except maybe for the presents in episode 11. I really can't think of anything that comes even close to grinding, and there isn't a sandbox aspect at all.

For me it's up there somewhere in the top 15-20 range. I like the freeroams (especially season 2 onwards when we finally get the "fast travel", and most of the FI's are likeable. The things it has against it however really bring it down for me to not put it in the top 10:

Pros:
+ Enjoyable freeroam later on in the franchise
+ Lots of "mysteries" so far to theorize about
+ Possibly the best soundtrack in an AVN so far, I'm amazed no other game has come even close to the quality even after so many years
+ Many and extremely hot sex scenes
+ Overall good looking models

Cons:
- I don't like that the "main 5" girls all have oversized breasts.
- So far extremely bad story (and yes I'm including season 3)
- The few plotpoints that have been resolved, were resolved in a copout way
- It uses too many cliches for its twists

For a reader/player like me who usually puts more importance into the story and character progression rather than the sex in his AVNs, this game really should be put lower on the list. The soundtrack and some of the girls (Riona, Tara, Sally, KRJ and Sage) save it for me to not be placed worse than top 20.
