I understand, if it were my situation, I'd do the same. Another possibility I've heard about is private groups on Telegram with donation bots, but if you've really convinced yourself that sooner or later everything will come crashing down, then there's really no way around it.
I just imagined a hacky workaround: having 3 different sources running at the same time, with the public spread across all three. That way, when one goes down, you still have the others, and you regenerate the fallen one and carry on. But that only makes sense in theory.
By the way, Ket, I just wanted to tell you from the heart that I’m really sorry for what happened to you, for all that anguish. I remember our first interaction was when I asked here a few years ago if the game’s pace was getting too fast and that maybe there’d be a surprise in the next update, and you replied, “I love surprises.” At that moment, I could only imagine Leana saying that with a smile, haha, that’s what I pictured back then, at least. And around that same time, I could see how much people’s criticism bothered you. It’s funny, because at the same time the creator often sees themselves as above it all, but the moment they feel even the smallest rejection, they realize they’re just human, and they end up thinking about it all day. Because in the end, that’s what we really are. You are all your characters, but you don’t have the same resilience they do. If we had it, everything would be better, but we don’t. Anyway, I just wanted you to hear these words simply as a person, to know that there are those who truly understand the person behind it all.
