could some one explain exactly what changes are happening here? what is being balanced? is the bank disappearing?

Bank interest seems normal to me....

Yeah I got interest yesterday and will try again in 3h but if they lock bank below P1 as told earlier it will be bad, so I think about wihthdrawing all and investing in P1 even tho all my sweet interest would be gone

Funnily, it was my first time seeing one in person. But they stuck their hand out at me for a handshake. And they grabbed me in a death grip. And stuck out a hand for money. I told him "no". So he pulled out a very real knife and waved it in my face. So I stuck my hand in my pocket and pulled out a fist full of coins and flung them in his face like pocket sand. It stunned him enough for me to slip out of his hand and run to a McDonald's. Worst part was, he never once broke character.
