To make a compression all the files have to be extracted from the original .rpa archvies. Then the images / videos gets compressed, and if doing a port you also need to "build" it with the RenPy SDK. PC and Mac versions doesn't necessarily have to be built again, but it's the norm to do so.
The scripts inside the original .rpa archives could've been changed before being archived again during the build process, and I'm not going to go through them to look for obvious signs of that. I don't have the original files from the dev to validate against either.
I doubt anything was actually changed, but I don't want to put my trust in someone who adds links in the quick menu of someone elses game nor do I want to spread advertisement for them. So we remove the files and upload it, but then we're back to "I don't know if anything else was changed".
It's also kinda weird to make a build specifically for older Android devices (guessing that's why HW acceleration was disabled and the android.json file was left in), and then build it for PC. Though that could've been done by someone else who only had the unofficial compressed Android version to work with.
