updates are planned for the first 1/4 of 2025.
look at the calendar in the above fathers day pic, its from 2022.
if that's a reflection on how time works, the update will be out in 2028+

On Discord the dev explained that they had to rework some things to maintain continuity across their multiple games --- which are still to have a 0.1 release, so no idea if the effort required to create this whole multiverse thing is even justified.
Also, the announcement was all the way back in Feb and we still don't know how things are going.

and the other announcement before that on the "other site that has now been deleted" said that they are only doing the loli shota thing because of the money involved.
people see the news articles that say: bla, bla, bla had $800,000 in their bank, in cash & in crypto.
and think they are going to make that over night.
than the reality of the internet catches up to them & 80% of their time is spent making new accounts cause the old one got axed, replying to threads, satisfying subs........
on & on & on........ bla, bla, bla.........
i'm wondering if it's ever coming out or if it's just gonna be "ABANDONED"
well, at least they got a nice new computer out of the deal

When a dev doesn't release any updates to an initial release (more than a year ago at this point) and instead does holiday renders, it's a bad, bad sign. I would chalk this up as abandoned and if an update ever does come out, be pleasantly surprised.Episode 2 when? Katie fucking rocks

Usually sites will after a year, or if the dev states they are.
Also, they may be affected by the recent censorship of adult content on Itch.to and Steam thanks to Collective Shout.

i haven't seen any links in their posts on any site for a long time (5 or 6 months) it's not the recent censorship.

How is that not answering the question? The dev hasn't stated they're abandoning it, and since it was released in December, it hasn't been a year yet. I didn't think I'd need to say 12/13/25 because 12/13/24 is literally in the original post multiple times.

The dev has clearly stated that he wants to quickly do another (related) game before coming back to this. Some background/ continuity thing that ties in with what he wants to do with this game going forward. Let's hope he does what he wants and gets on with this one which I really, really like.

Soooo yeah.. I think I mentioned this already here, but as a reminder I screwed up really bad working on Episode 2. I actually have a lot of content done, but the story went into a.. most people wouldn't consider it that dark of a place.. but my Autism bingo card has a huge space for empathy and another for strong emotional responses so it was devestating for me.
Thanks to that I kind of lost my fire for a bit. I knew I didn't want to give up this world.. these girls.. the girls you haven't even met as I love them all so much. So I realized that I needed to take a break and realized that I could tell two side stories to expose more of the PGI world that exists in my head, but will only get mentioned in the main story. One of those side stories is Thirty Seconds which I am working very hard on completing the initial release of. The other was 'Just One Week' which went wrong in a very education, but still bad way. Lesson learned PGI world will be forever loli\hebe focused with optional characters to fulfill my desire for proper representation.
Long story short though I'm feeling much better and once again I'm super excited to work on PGI . Best part is all of the stuff I created for the original story line still works in the new one so I'm not starting from zero. In fact I'm starting from quite a good number of renders and story. I still have a ton to do since PGI releases are always going to be on the larger size BUT I am excited once again to be working on it which will start soon.
Also realized I had too many irons in the fire so yeah.. took most of them out of the fire. One iron left to finish up (Thirty Seconds) and then I'm going to go hard on my new plan of having one loli/hebe and one shota story in active development at a time. That way I can work on whichever one tickles my fancy that day BUT the hard rule I'm setting for myself is that if one gets done, I can't start anything else until the other is done. That way I guarantee that in the end my time is split evenly(ish since PGI is always bigger releases) between the two fan bases I have.
So yeah.. we're a bit behind but I learned a lot and I can already see ways that the future episodes are going to be so much better because of it.
