Generally with RenPy games, 99.9% of the time, a patch or a mod goes into the "game" folder inside the main game dir. If you get asked if you want to replace any matching files while extracting, say yes.
If you open the rar file and just find a folder named "game" there. Just drop it in the main game dir.
If it does not say otherwise, you can just assume that it goes in the "game" folder.
