Growing up, my sister would just grab hold of her tooth and pull it till it came out. It creeped the fuck out of me, especially because she'd just go dead eyed and would stare off into the distance vaguely at me until it came out because she knew it creeped me out

I kind of would wiggle it back and forth when it was loose to hurry it up so I could get that dime or quarter. Note they give more now - a lot more could backfire:

I think it was my sister who would leave the loose tooth hanging by a thread before she would finally pull it out. I was the opposite...oh I think my tooth wiggled a bit...*YOINK* out comes the tooth.
