To be honest I dont think you have to worry too much about the minutiae of things. Most of your AC will come from people reacting to your posts.

A cheap and easy way to get plenty of reactions is to put something in your post but honestly it's just easier to shitpost and exist and be active

So you will earn coins from quick actions evenually, it'll just happen after the cooldown? Or do the actions have to be after the cooldown to count?

Here is the easiest way to do it.
Go back a 2 or 3 pages. read the post. Then use the quote button in the bottom right of the post. to quote them.
Now make a post and on the bottom left click insert post.. Replay with a comment and a meme or gif. You will get others to react to you. Those reacts add up. We like to call it Back reading. People here love backreaders.
