Both Members+ and Prestige 1 (Permanent) can be purchased for Activity Coins from Page 2 of the Shop. Clicking on each of them will tell you what they do.

Personally, I'd just wait until I had the coins for P1 if I were in your shoes. The cool-down removal will help you reach P4 and P5 much faster due to more people giving you reciprocal likes.

Eh good is subjective. "Just One More Chance" is decent, as are "Zara's School Life" and "New Life Project" but honestly if you never play them you're not missing much. I just like trash sometimes
