Yeah my buddy makes them from scratch. I believe he first marinates them with his own sauces, bakes them for a bit, then finishes them on the BBQ to crisp them up. So freaking good!
It was indeed exciting yesterday -- T-Storm warnings, then tornado warnings and then for God's sake a dust storm warning (pics were taken yesterday)- the air got positively crunchy - but no trees down near the house so all is well.
