The only thing I can do it try to replicate it, I didn't make the game.
So it happens when you just click the icon to start the game?
It starts fine for me.

Same. But sadly we are, pretty much, nearing the end of the current tech tree. The only hope is quantum computing, but that will not get into ordinary users hands any time soon.
And we don't really have that much time left.
