Does anyone else just get sleepy sometimes and go to sleep in the middle of the day for 2 hours?

Yes I get that a lot too. I tend to try and not sleep even if I get sleepy, since the sleepyness usually goes away after some time. If I end up sleeping after all, I usually feel kind of tired for the rest of the day after the nap. I am also trying to stay awake to a certain time in the evening even if I get tired sooner. A lot of times when I go to bed early or sleep too long I wake up with a headache.

What do i do to get better faster? I was with her for 3 years

I can only second what others said already. What helped me was finding some kind of distraction (for me usually games or shows that I could binge) and not trying to think about it too much and also not do anything you might regret later on.
