I, Philippines(78+), have been known to eat typhoons greedily, but lately I've been getting some flack from the typhoon equality brigade. I'm just doing what nature intended, AITA?
Nah brother, your not the asshole here. I would eat thoose typhoons too if i were you. You are miracle, at least some says.

So, Deadpool 3, was it? Did you enjoyed it?

Yes. Deadpool & Wolverine.

We all enjoyed it to varying degrees. Me and my son laughed the most but even the girls said they enjoyed it, though they preferred Logan. Which, I understand.

The reason they enjoy Logan is one of the concerns I had with potentially watching this one - treating that emotionally heavy story with disrespect. However, by the end of Deadpool 3 that's basically undone, allowing for the comedy without the consequence - a little cheesy, but I'm willing to accept it given it's Deadpool and that's his schtick.

Aside from the movie, I'm glad my son had a good time given the rough patch recently (which was resolved thanks to my girls) and it was nice to see him laughing.

If a movie manages to make someone feel better, even just for a moment, it's worth to watch it.
I'm glad your boy is feeling better.
And I don't know the end of the story. Did your girls got justice for your boy?

For us, yesterday, it was Paddington 3. :ROFLMAO:

Listen billibobjoe...
I'm a patient mod, if I say so myself.
But your posts has been nothing but a gif.
Maybe try talking a little here, it will get you faster to m+.

If it's because, english isn't your first language, and you have a hard time with it.
DeepL is a decent enough translator.

And don't worry about being a long time lurker.
There's many of us here, that has been in the same boat.

And I can confirm that talking will be much faster, even using a translator.

Oh gods, my girls want to watch Paddington 3. We watched the first two and I.. wasn't the biggest fan. That said, movie night is non-negotiable. Whoever's turn it is decides and we all watch, no one gets to bow out.

How does Paddington 3 hold up to the first two?

As far as what happened with my son, all my girls told me is that they handled it and that they made the girl that bullied him sit with them at lunch and apologize. Then, on Friday they invited her over and while I was smoking on the balcony, the three of them (my girls and the "bully") came out and she apologized to me directly for calling my son names.

I don't think the girl in question is a bad kid. I really don't.

But, she insulted and hurt my son and that pissed me off (I blame my Italian anger).

The situation seems to have resolved itself, but I warned my girls if anything else happens again, I'll be stepping in personally and it will mean whatever relationship they have with this girl will be ruined, even if it means some conflict between us. I didn't ask questions about what they may have done because I really don't care. No matter what they did or didn't do, I know my girls aren't bullies.

You know what... was just going through my post history and realized...

Kids sometimes dont see the consequences of bulling they think its Funny and dont see the suffering it cause to the person. They only see consequence for the very short future. So most of kids are not bad. Its not a excuse for them and they have to be teached but it explain a little bit

EDIT: Looks like @LizBell found it! Way to go, Shadow Kitten!
Not gonna lie, I just went to the comments, saw a word that I didn't heard before and it ended up being related, so I just had a lot of luck!

Or this one: (Monster Girl Quest: Paradox, original is also great)

Love that game (and LOVE that foxgirl with her fluffy tails...)
Fun facts (yeah, more than one):
-MGQ (the original) was one of the first "games" I played
-Tamamo (that foxgirl in your gif) is one of my favorite characters (not only from that game)
-Before having my avatar/pfp, I was thinking of choosing either Tamamo or Alice

Aforementioned Alice for those that don't know her:

And it's time for today's...
What's your favorite type of cuisine (I think that's how it's said?) and your favorite dish?

I would say that Italian cuisine is the best, but my favorite dish is probably sushi though.

Probably Chinese. So many different things. Italian and Indian are up there, too.

Still, you were the one that tracked it down, don't de-value that.

As for the question of the day: Asian. Particularly Japanese, but Chinese as well. There's a strong Hmong population where I live and I absolutely adore their cuisine (and culture). Our family visits the Philippines every year and we enjoy the Asian/Spanish/European blend of cultures.

EDIT: Locally, I rather enjoy peanut chicken and well-made gyoza.

Abroad, our family friend makes an amazing pork mechado and pininyahang manok.
