Noo- The group I was in was much more a hands on sort of folks -- While all of us were aware of the Gaia hypotheses, I don't ever remember talking about it and they certainly were never at any of the gatherings where I was. I always did like the Daisyworld concept though -- probably because it was a cute name though I consider it too simplistic. .

I understood the Daisyworld concept more like a simplistic example, but the theory refereed to the whole of the ecosphere, so millions of spices of living things interacting with the planet making it -to a degree- more habitable.
But, anyway, I just read two of his books, and I lack the deep critic way of thinking, and knowledge, that any real biologist has. The same with Margulis and J. Gould, I was taken away with their theories, but again, I just read their books.

It is. I had a male friend in high school who could've passed for 35, easily. And I've known some women who could've passed for high schoolers in their mid and late 20s.

Yeah doing better. Today is my first real day back to work. Was here yesterday but wasn't fully up to par to be truly helpful. So mainly just sat at the desk shipping while someone else was doing all the heavy lifting. Glad you're doing well

A couple nights ago, I decided to check out Burned for a few minutes and the unique and funny story (and models) really drew me in and I ended up playing the first chapter. It does have some graphic scenes too, but I was impressed with the writing especially.
