It should only appear if you have "saved" up a quote.

Also since it appears to have been missed, I don't care either way since I had already planned on getting both at some point, Getting Prestige 1 does not give the Member+ banner as well, just the rank and you have to purchase Member+ anyway for the banner if you want it? Judging by Prestige 2,3,4 stating they don't give the banners of the lower rank, you just get the banner of what you are purchasing

Higher ranks gives everything the ranks under it does.
Except for the banner.
Most people go for M+, P1 and then P4 if they wanna go that far.
Then after that circle back and get the two others.

Judging by Prestige 2,3,4 stating they don't give the banners of the lower rank, you just get the banner of what you are purchasing

Yeah - if you want the bling, you have to buy the level. Each rank has a banner and a little badge at the bottom. I'm a completionist, so I got them all. Used to get some big discounts early on, so I purchased all the M+ through P4 ranks for less than the P4 rank alone, so a pretty good deal overall for me.

Ehh,, It's alright, You should maybe have mentioned the quote button though, the one besides reply.

I didn't want to clutter anymore and I like showing the "highlight" version because you can edit at the same time. The other button is pretty obvious, but it took me a minute to find out about the highlighter function.
