Question for ya fine folk. Should I get member+ or prestige 1 first?

if you really want to play some games get mem+ first, if you enjoy chatting a lot get p1
also you get any perks from previous ranks so if you buy p1 you don't need to get mem+

[longgoneguy46]

And then you'll end up in Smite's Sleazy Video collection too

what kind of videos may i ask? i don't mind being on his videos if i like his collection.

is there any extra benefits aside from the timer change for posting/liking?

both hahah, but trying to see which to prioritize lol

@bluegreenred gives solid advice. At P1, both the reaction timer and the posting timer go away. At M+ the posting timer goes away, but not the reaction.

If you seem to be earning fast, then you can get the M+ and start reacting more quickly and access the Games + section; if you don't mind posting more slowly and aren't itching to get to G+ immediately, then go ahead and push things a little.

I'd prioritize not double post in front of guz

Sorry to steal your thunder, there, Slum. Didn't see @Guz89's call out until I started doing my thing. Also figured you might still be busy backreading since I hadn't been notified that I'd been quoted by you. Oh, wait, until I made that post, I didn't rate a mention...

Ehh,, It's alright, You should maybe have mentioned the quote button though, the one besides reply.
And that last part?...

Not sure about other ranks since I'm not there yet, but basic members do not have the toggle multi-quote button under comments

It should only appear if you have "saved" up a quote.

Also since it appears to have been missed, I don't care either way since I had already planned on getting both at some point, Getting Prestige 1 does not give the Member+ banner as well, just the rank and you have to purchase Member+ anyway for the banner if you want it? Judging by Prestige 2,3,4 stating they don't give the banners of the lower rank, you just get the banner of what you are purchasing

Higher ranks gives everything the ranks under it does.
Except for the banner.
Most people go for M+, P1 and then P4 if they wanna go that far.
Then after that circle back and get the two others.

[Tosser]

Yeah - if you want the bling, you have to buy the level. Each rank has a banner and a little badge at the bottom. I'm a completionist, so I got them all. Used to get some big discounts early on, so I purchased all the M+ through P4 ranks for less than the P4 rank alone, so a pretty good deal overall for me.

I didn't want to clutter anymore and I like showing the "highlight" version because you can edit at the same time. The other button is pretty obvious, but it took me a minute to find out about the highlighter function.
