Visitor Q a Japanese film. Incest, lactation, necrophilia. You'd have to watch it just to get the complete weirdness.

Oh sheeeit. I remember this movie! I watched this while I was in my "I'mma go watch mindfuck movies for the lulz" phase. The part where the dude's dick got stuck inside the dead woman's vajayjay is forever stuck in my head and living there rent free.

But on-topic, mine would probably be Someone's Knocking at the Door. It's an indie movie, I believe. It has massive tentacle dicks in it. A man with a massive tentacle dick chasing after a woman. And no, it's not a Japanese film (shockingly).

BEST movie EVER (and weird) is 'Bambi vs Godzilla'. HIGHLY recommended. I think it's on YT and EVERYONE should watch it.

For something more of a comesic relief I’d say The Room.

Eraserhead, directed by David Lynch. It's enjoyably weird and a little fucked up (but nowhere near A Serbian Film; I can't do snuff), if you like kinda-artsy films. A lot of the ones mentioned here are some of my favorites, but I like weird abstract shit and b-movies. The Room, Lair of the White Worm, and Manos Hand of Fate (which has an excellent Mystery Science Theater 3000 version) are hilarious, American Psycho and Donny Darko are fun-weird to me.
I think Crash (the 1996 David Chronenberg one, not the one from the 00s) is another weird film I love but that one's more fucked up than Eraserhead. It's about people with car crash fetishes, based off a J.G. Ballard novella.

'Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas' is a weird movie that I'd say is pretty enjoyable and would recommend to anyone, pretty damn funny and chaotic.

'Man Bites Dog' however is one that I wouldn't suggest to anyone unless they enjoy really dark material. I'd say it does a good job of commenting and portraying in desensitization to violence and whatnot, but I could understand why someone would find it too upsetting.

I've seen a lot of good answers, but I did not see anyone mention Rubber, the movie that was released to netflix a while back and it had no fucking point. A tire gains sentience that then goes around vibrating and crushing things to death. It's just weird with some slight gore. I recommend it if you life to see crazy things people come up with.
