P.K. it's not really weird but really makes me think on how can that movie is allowed to be made

A Serbian Film - Don't watch it...
Saw it years ago. Extremely fucked up.

Ones I don't like are the "torture porn" ones that pose as horror - the Saw movies, Hostel, etc.

One-Eyed Monster with Ron Jeremy weirdest shit i have ever seen its about a killer penis and yes that is a dick choking a guy to death
There was one in the 70s (French) called Pussy Talk where a woman's pussy starts talking and also makes her want to fuck everyone but her husband. Weird as fuck. Back when SelecTV was a thing the guide listed it as "P-Talk."

Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead
Zombies are made with parasites that come out of a persons ass and if I remember correctly they are defeated by farts
Final battle was something along the lines of one girl flying with her fart power and the other girl had like a mutated ass parasite which could fly and carried her.

I think Hereditary is really weird, but it's an horror movie so... But it's a very outstanding one

Horror can get weird and at the same time become better for it

Ronald Mc Emmerich's The Patriot. American Revolutionar War, all British and Loyalists 100% evil. All Americans 100% good. All black people are 100% voluntary domestic workers and are treated very well. And even though the evil Brits are such a dangerous, disciplined storm troopers, Mel Gibson and his son take out an entire company alone, never missing a shot with the scattered firearms of the time. At the end he even uses a tomahawk, because the Americans were of course always good not only to blacks, but also to Native Americans :o)

La Planète sauvage (Fantastic Planet
and
Les Maîtres du temps (Time Masters; Herrscher der Zeit (German))

Maybe not the weirdest films, but I'd like to smoke what director René Laloux smoked when he made Fantastic Planet. :D

Time Masters beautiful weirdness comes in large parts from the design by Mœbius.

If you are into animation, watch them.

I guess it may not be that weird if you are into mangas, and particularly if you know the particular manga it's based on. But neither applies to me, and I stumbled over this completely by accident. It's about a girl with superpowers who attends a school on a Japanese island that looks like Mont St Michel. The school is Catholic, but not Catholic as we know it, James.

This sentiment is kind of how I felt when I saw Kevin Costner play Robin Hood and not even attempt a British accent.

I believe it was named "Crippled Masters" it was a Kung Fu movie with fighters who were missing arms and legs.

I forget the name of it now, but back in HS or college, there was this movie about a boy in juvenile lock-up for murder getting interviewed by the facility shrink. It was this like, very sympathetic look into the boy's mind and why he killed the other little boy. Really interesting attempt to understand the mind of a killer.

Weirdest for me would probably be Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom (1975). Propaganda film following the usual principle - Accuse the other of what you yourself do.

Honorable mention: Pretty Baby - Better days when we could have nude yungins in mainstream movies :(

2001: a space odyssey
I have generally stayed away from movies that are known to be weird, but I watched this movie when I might have been 16 and it felt weird, slow, and boring. Looking at as a film critic or academically might make you like it but as a casual viewer who was told it was great. It wasn't.
