Another day, another quote wall!
One of the games I had a lot of fun with on the Wii U was ZombiU.
The whole concept of your inventory on the little gamepad, and having to look down, while searching for your stuff...
The only thing about ZombiU that I liked was the trailer with the Queen's anthem or whatever the name (I'm not british. Hahaha).
It had some cool ideas, like you finding your previous character as zombie, but I felt there wasn't much things to do nor a goal to achieve, so it was meh to me...
The Wii U was such a fun console, it may have been an upgraded Wii, but it was so cool
The Switch was so cool in the beginning, and it's still great, but I'm sick of consoles honestly.
I loved the Wii U, but always were pissed at the Switch.
The browser and Netflix were used a lot on my Wii U, and both of them were removed from the Switch.
The 3DS/Wii U era home menu was very cool and customizable, now all we got is a minimalist piece of shit that you can't even sort. Half of the games on mine were demos I only played once and probably isn't even installed anymore...
The Gamepad I found very confortable, it had an audio jack and a TV remote, both things that were very useful, and you could play while charging, even on "tabletop mode" (Gamepad on stand).
The joycon are an uncomfortable piece of shit, too small for my hands, without D-Pad and drift on its own very quickly.
Besides the third-party support (I don't care about being portable), I don't know the Switch had it going. People said that the Wii U didn't had games, but a lot of Switch games are Wii U ones (Look at MK8 sales numbers!).
In short, I think the Switch was a downgrade and I'll always stand by this opinion!
60fps should be the standerd no mater if it PC , Consoles, Mobile phone, ect. The devs can do 60 they just lazy, but Ohhhh do they have the energy to bilk you with micro transactions left and right. Let say some games are designed to be 30
Ok ,said games should not be unstable dropping under 30 because "We'll patch it later....give us money" No get it right the first time. Its like a new car from the dealership breaking down as soon as you get home ""but give us money" There are small handful good games in 30 I should of said I HATE ANY UNSTABLE GAME 60/30 but that's my own person opinion.
I find both funny and infuriating that some games were 60FPS originally on a older console, and when porting to modern ones it was capped at 30FPS.
Tales of Symphonia was 60FPS on GameCube, in 2003, and 30FPS on PS4, XONE and Switch, 20 years later on 2023...
The only CEO that was good was Satoru Iwata imo
I really miss him. Nintendo got a lot better because of his leadership, becoming way more open with the public.
And it could be imagination, but I feel like the company were less of this piracy obliterator that they are today...
His history is pretty cool, also.
eh could be worse there's 2 more levels down I could go
C: way oversimplified explanation is c++ is just a easier version of C to write
Assembly: Basically impossible although I do know some people code small projects in it
Binary: not possible by humans
I remember when I had to make a binary decompiler in C that took an .exe and showed its Assembly instructions. I was really proud of it. Hahaha
I think some old games were written entirely in Assembly.
I thought that Microsoft buying bethesda would make the company better... sigh, at least the booty gif makes me smile
I thought that of Blizzard. I was wrong, though.
you.....have a point, why did i even give them a benefit of a doubt after the reveal of the xbox one x back in 2014, they dropped the ball then and never recovered
This was the one that didn't accept used games, had to be always connected to the internet and required a poweres on Kinect? One of the biggest console fumbles. Hahaha
Ban someone from thread isn't in sale anymore?
Naughty kitty!
