I've been watching some.

I've been slacking on my movie watch this month, but I had watch Slither, as people recommended it here for me, and Nosferatu, from 1922. Silent films are not my cup of tea, as I was dozing off in a part of it.

I live in a desert, it's the middle of October and we're still seeing temps near 100F.

Sometimes I just want something cold to drink....

Though my favorite local coffee shop does a pseduo-Vietnamese iced coffee that I love. 5 shots of dark roast espresso with condensed milk over ice. It's not the same as proper Vietnamese iced coffee (which I also enjoy) but is damned tasty in its own right. Also enough caffeine to keep even ME functional for a short while.

Here in Brazil, people don't say no to a hot cup of coffee, even during the hot summer!

Here in Brazil a case became famous when a man found a glowing rock beautiful on a scrapyard or something and took it home. The rock was Caesium-137 and 4 people died because of it.

A little indie theater near occasionally does silent films with a live band doing music, which is usually fun. Plus they have good beer and decent food, which also helps.

I know the steamdeck can handle most AA games, some AAA games depending. Baldurs Gate 3 I hear it struggles in the final acts due to the amount of stuff on screen

The first movie was good, the rest are absolute trash and should never have seen the light of day. I don't know if her works were ever translated to Japanese, but they are so much better than the movies like most books. Menmoch the Devil is my favorite of the series due to the exploration of "hell" Has some really through provoking ideas on what hell is.

Foods should be served cooler than that, unless it's a desert

People forget that things are supposed to be cooked, then "rested" to finish cooking then be served warm with other items on the plate. Stone cold no, but appropriately warm.

Exactly! And after a whole day of work, waking up early, its hard to concentrate on the film.
Wow, Svengoolie is a 70's show, and still airing!
Labyrinth is a wonderful movie, but I don't know if would consider it a horror movie, on IMBD is classified as Dark Fantasy, and makes more sense

This community was born out of us lurkers being required to post on the LC forums but it quickly grew into a thriving community of like minded people that wanted their lolis and wanted to help each other out.
