Do you enjoy games that have/require a walkthrough?

I enjoy having walkthrough option, especially if I want to replay a game to get different outcomes when it comes to VN's

I prefer games with walkthroughs. Often the results of a decision in a VN have very little to do with what is written as the options.

FUCK NO, HELL NO, HELL FUCKING NO if it requires you to do a 40 page spreadsheet to see the content in the game then the game is immediately dropped it should be obvious or something that can be figured out with common sense developers are trying to reinvent the wheel with overly complicated games or teasing games for some weak asf scene or think themselves a best selling author like deluca dev from f95

no. if the require a walk through to complete/enjoy then there is something wrong with it. i dont mind using one, but if its a necessity to actually play the game, no.

I like having an option to play with a walkthrough. But if I am looking for a certain route I would rather have a walkthrough. So I don't miss anything.

I don't mind having a walkthrough, I usually use it to secure a harem path / not miss anything if necessary

I don't mind as long as the walkthrough is available. If it's a multiple-choice game, with ton of paths and no walkthrough then I don't even bother

yeah, I prefer to play with a walkthrough. I don't like to miss anything.

If walkthrough is a must, so you don`t spend x10 more time. It is bad.
If walkthrough is a must, because some action in the middle of game can mess whole play through. It is bad.
If walkthrough is a little helper which you can use so you can explore 100% of game without turning on your brain. It is OK.

I generally do use walkthrough if a game has complex hidden mechanics and long term desicion consecuenses. Yet i enjoy games that do not require it more.
Ingame playpath charts are the best.

Hmm depends, sometimes I want to explore the game on my own. If ever I feel like speed running a route or a character in a game I would definitely need a guide

both for me, i like to check if i miss anything

It depends on the way the game is constructed and the information given in the games
but honestly if it's mandatory and there are 50 pages it's no for me, that's my opinion

I dont mind if a game has a walkthrough mod but if it doesnt while also having too many split path decisions like love & second base I find it annoying

I enjoy any game if its good, but if walkthrough is forced i skip it, I don't use it even if its available, I learn by playing it if there is anything to learn.

I'm also team walkthrough. But only really to make sure I get all the points possible and don't miss a path

If you are almost guaranteed a bad ending without using a walkthrough, that's just a bad game. Especially if it requires being a patron (or worse, a high level one) to get the walkthrough. Also especially if it's not an in game walkthrough.

Big chunky games with alot of content need a walkthrough for the most part, without them people probably wouldnt stick around that much

I like trying them out without the walk-through first but there are some games that are so tedious and less enjoyable without using a walk-through. Time Loop Hunter comes to mind in that regard; love the game but without a walk-through I get lost and end up going in circles far too often. So I do like them, just like playing without help on my first play through/attempt.
