The game engine is RenPy, but I think what you are asking is what are they generating graphics in - and that looks like Honey Select.

But the dev had the genius idea of making fun of one of their mods in the censored version of the game. Both the dev and the game are now banned there. He made a few jokes about the moderation on cuck95 and every time the loli character appeared on screen he covered it with redknight's profile picture. Redknight obviously got mad and banned the dev and the game.

Nah from the post he made after finding out that he was banned, he seemed like he was pretty upset about it. The whole point of making that game was for him to be able to reach a wider audience since LGH can't be on cuck95.

I mean as much as I don't like the moderation on cuck95, I don't think there is any forum that would allow a dev to just mock one of their staff while also benefiting from the free publicity the forum gives them.

It might be a simple thing, so simple that the dev hasn't even considered it but if he was doing that then perhaps he should just straight up apologize to that guy for his little joke that ended up getting him banned. If it comes across as genuine, perhaps he would get unbanned and be given a second chance there.

yes...maybe that is some chicken / egg situation. That site would have no visitors if others would not provide the content. So any promotion is based on the work of the people that provide content like Director Games

Yes, this is true. But this site has so much content, it simply does not matter for them. They have the advantage here, they can just refuse to let him on their site and lose nothing, while he loses way more.
