I love sea related activities, so that is probably the only redeeming feature of summer, along with scantily clad ladies obviously, but other than that, yeah. Mosquitoes especially can f right off.

I didn't have it on anything, it's just hot here and I don't have an AC. I think it might have hit like 90f or so last night.

Heat sucks. Makes you lethargic, and of you're doing manual labor makes you immediately feel swampy and exhausted.

I also genuinely find it amazing seeing people wear full suits to work in scorching heat.... like... HOW?!

Yeah, I agree with you there. Used to be the type that wore jeans in the summer no matter what.

I apologize for butting in, nobody addressed me so I really have no right to have an opinion, but If you allow me:
I think some of the complaining regarding the coins is due to the fact some people that want access to the members+ also want to remain anonymous, so "forcing" them to interact may be uncomfortable for them.

HOWEVER,
complaining about it is interacting.... so... that's kind off moot isn't it? If forced to interact, you might as well not use complaining to interact right? At best you kinda make yourself louder and more noticeable that way, and at worst people will just get pissed at you and that will make it harder for you to get to your goal. so as a tactic it is self defeating.


so, tl:dr, disagreeing with a coin system is one thing, but complaining about it across several posts and comments is not helpful to anyone.

Again, sorry for speaking out of turn here.

There's a price to pay for everything. You have to sign up with a valid email address and you get to pick your username. You're as anonymous as you are when you sign up for the site.

Except you're not forced to interact, nobody is breaking into your house, holding a gun to your head and telling you to interact or else. You either interact or you don't get members+. As for complaining about interacting as an interaction these people tend to have a complete disregard for the search function, repeat themselves or otherwise spam the forum to try to mainline Members+ because they really don't want to spend the meager amount of time to do it proper and THAT is what gets old. Not only does it get old sorting through the same message and repeat threads it puts extra burden on the staff that are enforcing the rules because these individuals feel entitled to something they aren't so they don't bother to even read the rules.

Here's a fun experiment, go back a month or two in this thread and see how many posts here are complaints about the LC system or posts that are just asking for LC to unlock Members+. At one point it was vastly more prominent than it is now, but even now you have constant repeat threads, the site is still having issues from various "reports" about the content, but you still get NPC messages complaining about a meager level of interaction. Look around most of the people here their on-hand wallet is what they earn in a single day, it's not that hard to get LC to make that your entire personality for 150 posts (without any reactions and when the Members+ is at full price)

Indeed. I was not disagreeing with you, I was attempting to point out exactly what you are saying: They are complaining about the need to interact, WHILE interacting. They can just interact in a constructive way.
And exactly as you said, a discussion can be had, ONCE, and that's ok, but repeatedly spamming with complaints is moot.
