I checked my sleep tracker today. I;ve sloept longer than 6 hours one time in the last three weeks. My life is an insomniac hellscape.
This thread is a rare bright spot in that hellscape though, so at least I hav ethis,

And no, I won;t take a sleeping pill. I did that once. Once. It affected my body, but my brain didn;t stop spinning, so I was awakr but trapped in a barely responsive body. I wouldn't wish that on myh worst enemy and will not risk it happening again.

Sounds like insomnia and it's a bitch to have. Good thing I only have partial insomnia.

Some nights and days are a chore and correct meds are not the answer and cause more problems.
