If you added chapter selections, it would be an interesting work around the save incompatibility issues.Ppl please. Read the change log. The saves might not work. (probably will not work, I would say) for legit reasons, explained in the changelog.
Also, this is a beta. Meaning, not ready for release. The dev is still working on it. Expect missing scenes and game breaking bugs (also explained in the changelog).
So you are playing at your own risk and peril. You have been warned.

About the saves, I think that only the saves from last official version (0.8.5 IIRC) won't work, because of the introduction of the color picker for testing that was then ditched in this new beta version (and never to return according to the dev).
I succesfully loaded an earlier save (just before the fun with Rachel in the morning and Ellie and Jada watching secretly) and could continue from there to the end of the beta update.

So you never watch a trailer or a review before you play a new game or watch a movie? Same thing, it's there to give you basic spoiler free info about what you are getting into. It's under tabs so that the OP does not get two cluttered and 5 miles long.
The changelog, dev notes. Installation tab, genre tab. Basically anything on the OP that does not specifically say spoiler or preview. Is not a spoiler, never has been, never will.
If you don't want to look, fine. But don't go crying in the thread later about missing information that is there for your benefit. Never to spoil.
Learn how sites like this works instead. You will be much better off for it.

Something like it being a beta should be in the title, and old saves not working should be as others do - in large letters, not hidden and a different color. And no, I don't watch trailers. But I kind of see what you are saying. It would not hurt to have a big shiny text above the download button that say. (This is an early beta leak, play at your own risk) or something like that.
However, you should be aware that you are playing pirated versions of unfinished games, still in development. (what they call "early access" on steam) game or save braking changes could happen at any time. And it is not rly the devs fault. It's simply part of the process of making games. Now, RenPy is a relatively easy engine to program in, and is build for chapter based progression. So most of the time things like this can be avoided.
But, expecting a game to function flawlessly with each update during development is just foolish.
If you're dropping it, fine. It's your life and your decision. But if you keep having high expectations and ignoring to read update logs. You are just constantly setting your self up for disappointment.
Anyway, I'm just trying to help and get more ppl to understand game development, and be more understanding of the process in general. Hope you have better luck with the other games you are following. ^^

I love this game but man this update was really disappointing. How do you not have a scene with the main girl is beyond me. Ellie is pure gold and yet we get nothing, not a even a bj or a cuddling scene with her.

Does the Sancho Mod work with this version? I had some issues with skipping back and forth between scenes using it.
Also, I found a small error where it looks for the file "d6_jbj_00.jpg" in the normal renders folder, but it is actually in the "lewds" folder. I copied it over to make the scene work but it could be confusing to others.

She did but then again she was always an 18 year old high school senior just like her friend.
So nothing lost here as it was never a loli game.

18 or not, it's a shame IMO to age up a so cute model! It wasn't really necessary...
i'll wait a non beta to try it out. Let's hope it won't ruin the fun (I fear it will be the same for Ava).

iirc, Sancho doesn't release mod updates for beta releases - few modders do, esp when it is a beta that is known to have bugs.
However, Sancho does have a mod-file that lets you use saves done on a sancho-modded game in a non-modded game. From what I can tell It's a generic .rpyc-file, so the same for all Sanchos mods.
Sancho seems to only publish mods on eff-95, so that's where it has to be downloaded. For those that do not have an eff-95 account, I've attached the file to this post. I'll also the mods to mention it in the 1st-post.
