Although it is not explicilty mentioned, from the information available,
i think there might be some form of NTR/sharing/swinging.
I haven't played the game but after looking at the somewhat detailed changelog.
The MC seem to mostly only watch other doing lewd stuff:
- His mother giving his step-dad a bj.
- His step-sister(?) masturbating.
- Some other girl (Shoko) being trained by a 'trainer'.
Maybe the bleak black & white graphic style is also a hint
that the things to come won't be that 'colorful/pretty/hopeful' for the MC... just my opinion though.

I will say, at least it is your dad and mom together. Not really that much of NTR imo since the son and mother aren't in a romantic relationship at the start

Please tell me the sleeping/eating/whatever "progress bar" thing is just a gimmick for the early game and isn't a feature throughout. Pointless ten second delays every other scene completely break any sense of immersion and are just annoying, especially when you can't even skip them. After the fifth one in as many minutes (plus the constant use of the unpleasantly clinical word "genitals" so it feels like it was written by a doctor) my tolerance is rapidly evaporating.

It's a shame, as the art style is great, but the constant pauses to fade in every single character, the constant unnecessary interruptions, and the frankly un-sexy vocabulary leave me unlikely to perservere.

There's a reason so many people write games in Ren'py - you can turn off transitions, you can have text appear instantly (even at max speed it still scrolls in here), and you can progress past everything, not just dialogue. Small quality of life features that turn a visual novel into a fun experience rather than a chore.

If you hold the skip button before the transition, it goes by in less than a second.

Only if you have "skip unseen" enabled. Ultimately those transitions add nothing except lengthy delays. If I was reading a book and I had to wait ten seconds before I could turn the page, I'd throw it away and read something else.
