Yeah that scene where the MC is getting ready to fuck his sister and then backs out right at her entrance because he didn't wanna lose his virginity to her (I guess he doesn't love her as much as he says he does) really made my balls bluer than a smurf. I mean if the future version of her didn't count even though he got her pregnant why would the present version? Other than maybe him not knowing if it was real or not yet at that point maybe.

He didn't want to NOT lose his virginity to her.
He technically did with the future sister.
He only backed our because he wanted her to be comfortable in her own body fully before he shared that intimate moment.
It's literally in the dialogue when it happened so I don't know how you got that mixed up..

Feel like the first two were like that. A couple of kids getting over trauma with a meme/joke thrown in now and then. This episode basically said fuck all the serious shit from the first episode and threw a joke/meme every 4 seconds.

It honestly felt like a totally different game.

Yeah same here, I'm not really digging this completely new over the top comical direction the game went into. We of course already saw a glimpse of that at the end of chapter 2 when we saw the future, but I hoped (it seems now incorrectly) that would just be a one-off joke.

a true masterpiece, i played ver 0.1 when it came out, forgot about the game(liked it at that time but dont rly follow game releases closly) then saw the 0.3 release and played thou it again.
0.2 and now 0.3 are a masterpiece

That would be nice, but in the current version there are 2 and maybe 4 issues for which why this will never go to Steam (unfortunately):

Certainty issues:
- Crisp and the nymfo little sis (forgot their names already) look way to young
- It's mentioned that MC is in high school. Even if they would be old enough, MC and love interests need to at least be in college to be elligible for a Steam Release

Possible issues:
- I've read that Steam doesn't like it if you can fill in the age yourself (especially with no minimum age) no matter how old the models look
- I can't remember seeing a game with bestiality on Steam. Monsters yes, but no bestiality. I don't know if Steam doesn't accept that, or if the relatively few AVNs that have it just didn't try to release it.

If Steam would ever get the stick out of their ass and let those rules go, I would instantly buy this game just to support Deaufosse.

Claire's Quest, Ravager and Vae Victis are all on Steam and have bestiality in it. The two former quite a lot.

But I reckon that also the older characters are too young for Steam. Also, the "celebrity cameos" are going to be problematic.

Ah, didn't know that. I've heard of Ravager and Vae Victis, but not of Claire's Quest.
According to the tags on LewdCorner and another site I go to, there shouldn't be any bestiality in Vae Victis. I've never read the tags of Ravager or played it, since cartoon-style is a big turnoff for me in AVNs so I didn't know it had any.
Shame there aren't more decent to good AVNs with bestiality on Steam. If bestiality isn't a problem, I would love to see Project Myriam, Raptus, Office Wife and Cara in Creekmaw on it (among others), although at least Raptus and CiC might be too disturbing for Steam for other reasons.

Ravager has a few drawbacks, mainly the weird art style change in the sex scenes.

But overall it is a very good game which should not be missed unless you really hate cartoon-style.
