I let the Aquagen and the rest play for quite a fucking while lmao.


Pretty sure anyone expressing their dislike is only because most of the jokes, memes, and references went over their heads. Zoomers always out themselves.

Definitely a plethora of missed opportunities that could have utilized pseudo shock value that I felt were missed but other than that I think it was a good direction to take everything given that a lot of the character interaction and tension was mostly exhausted.

The game is very good, the character design is well developed, the plot I found a little rushed and confusing in the 3rd chapter, but it has good potential, waiting for new updates

This is, hands down, the most creative and interesting VN being created right now. Relentlessly entertaining, always coming at you from unexpected angles. I may have to check out Malignant as well to see if that has the same level of out of the box thinking. Bravo dev, I've been a fan from the start and it was always funny as hell, but this just raised the bar substantially.

Holy, fucking shit. Deaufosse, you have blown me away here. It has all of the eroticism of BlackHeart, but with a splash crazy that reminds me of Doc5252. That shit with the time traveling and the T-Rex was pushing the crazy, but I had a great time a actually laughed a few times. And I see what you did there with your 'new timeline revisions'....well played. Bravo.

Well ol' Doofus here continues to be a genius of writing and comedy in VN game design. Is this really over the top? Sure, but its more of a flex than anything when he still nails the more poignant points.

Honestly, if I had to force a complaint for all of Deaufosse's work, its that the elevation of the genre does not serve the primary focus of the genre, and Deaufosse does it intentionally. IE "A wank" specifically an "18-year-old-don't-pick-your-age wank" is not at all served by complexities and nuanced emotions introduced by these stories... (I opine more on this specifically for Malignant which does this more maliciously... alliteration) I'd go further to say that in the case of Burned, the aforementioned story complexities are not well-served by even attempting to insert "wank" content. Basically burned would work as an actual coming-of-age French movie that *mostly* cuts the bedroom parts.

So yea, I guess I'll conclude this part 2 pseudo review with: Sure its extremely well made and frankly the best VN content there is, but it is genius that Deaufosse is intentionally misapplying... which is kinda also the point. 10/10 would not wank again.

PS - I know it is kinda against your ethos at this point, but it would be interesting to see if, after completing Burned & Malignant, you could work on two more projects that are diametrically opposed: one with all the feels, emotional story-telling, complex relationships, etc. and another that is just as hot as you can make a well-paced, comedic, raunchy VN. That way at least I can cry then wank or vice-versa rather than discovering tears are the worst lubricant.

Reading the comments, I might have to give this another go. When I tried it before, I felt that the comedy was just not hitting for me. But that might be a case of english being my 2nd language and some jokes flying over my head.

For me, this update was just not it. The meme/jokes scaled to liike 1000000x the first two chapters. We got omega blue balled with having sex with the sister. And we had to watch your friend fuck the MC's sister first.

Honestly super disappointed with this update after really enjoying the first two. The dev 4th walled the "ntr" fear right off the bat but kind of threw it away in this chapter.

Yeah that scene where the MC is getting ready to fuck his sister and then backs out right at her entrance because he didn't wanna lose his virginity to her (I guess he doesn't love her as much as he says he does) really made my balls bluer than a smurf.
