I woke up today and had only one question

As I understand it, now you don’t need to collect the daily % of the bank + it increases by 1, but at the moment the system is a little broken and people are not credited with LC?
We are patient people, patience is all we have, patience and 2% in the bank

Until yesterday afternoon (in Europe) I had a button to claim 1% interest.
Right now, there is only text "2%"

2nd:
+1% per day are about +3777% per year.
+2% per day are about +137740% per year.
Are there any banks, which offer me such rates for real money, which I can also trust?

ED: The new banking system is updated in Credit System for purchasing Members+.

So right now they changed the system to 2% interest and it is now an auto claim set on a standardized clock instead of 24 hours from last interaction. Problem is that it is bugged and nobody is getting interest right now. Haven't figured out why yet, no official word as to what went wrong as far as I know.

You know that timezones exist and that people have other things to do then fixing a minor bug in a system that is just some extra?
Those who still need coins can easily get the "lost" coins back by posting once or twice.
Those who are rich... well, they are rich anyway, who cares if their money got a little bit less more.

And yes, I "lost" coins too, actually 300 to be more exact.

Staff was aware of this issue THE SECOND it didn't get the promised interests, I was in contract with one of them at the time.

Timezone do matter, because my point was, that it's night for those who could have fixed it and then got morning and people have to go to work.

Sorry, you are correct.
I calculated 1.01(2)^365, and substracted 0.01 (=1%).
Correct would have been 1.01^365-1

The fact that interest is straight up not working right now. Nobody is getting interest at the moment. Should that change we may shift the protest to the 24 hour limit if that stays but right now it is just the fact that the interest rate is in reality 0%

oh didn't know about that, i just looks at the bank tap and say 2% interest and said "hell yeah" and logged off. im sure they are going to fix it tho seems like the site is just bugging out

I am confused by the new system. It has been 24hrs and I cannot collect my interest. I have the same coins as yesterday, so its not an automatic thing. I also canot find any explanations on the new system.

I guess I will give it another day and see what happens.

Edit: seems its bust right now. oh well.

Might as well bank my coincs now then, since banking doesnt reset the timer now... or shouldnt. Maybe I should wait

Over 70? I wouldn't bother. Just wait it out and see what happens in the next day or so.

yeah I am saying putting the extra 70 coins does nothing, it is less than 1 coin interest. Wait until you have a couple hundred at least.

With the old system, I banked them as soon as I collected my interest. I will have to make a new plan... once I see how this actually works.

And I missed a decimal above with my shitty math. hahaha.
