I prefer to be given the option to skip the content. Depending on the story, and definitely the character(s) involved biases my decision.

Without going into details too revealing, I was once involved IRL, as the one a couple used to cuck the husband... Unbeknownst to me at the time...
I'd play the same role again in a heartbeat, if she looked like she did then, still

To play the part of the cuck doesn't appeal to me in fiction, fantasy, or otherwise. My imagination takes points of the experience, and makes it into a worst case scenario. Makes for any continued attempts at the story a show stopper.

Me personally, I dislike it because it makes me feel a great sense of betrayal after I have formed an attachment with said love interest, and me no likey that feeling. Though I'm definitely sure that there are people who are into that sort of thing so no judging.

How do you guys feel about it? Like it, why? Hate it, why?

I'm just really curious how the community feels about this genre of games.
