Overview:
Just like everyone around, the Main Character was a normal man who grew up as a soldier until one day, he met a demon who changed his personality. In this Harem game, you can choose the love path or the better path corruption.​

Is anyone else experiencing issues with lagging and low fps rate?

I'll be honest, I'll assume you play FPS games and you like that Fov but for a visual novel it doesn't work, the fish eye perspective pissed of my wife a lot, I find it annoying but just that, I won't write what she said or I'll be banned like she is in all social networks. The story seem interesting but man the mc come off as a major douchebag, that did pissed me off. I would advice you to drop the 4k, you said you're struggling with your pc plus is kind of pointless to do 4k in the honey select engine, 1080p is good enough. I couldn't finished the VN due to the sandbox crap, you know, having to pass time for shit to happen is not my idea of fun, my wife and I are mostly here for the stories but in this site the majority of people are for the nudes, I know, mind blowing, you would think they know how to use google. You mentioned you're planning to make a proper visual novel mode so I'll wait for it since what I saw in the story was interesting, good luck.

She's not alone there. I hate it, too. Sadly, I did everything I could to try and fix it while keeping the MC's POV.

As for the 4K thing... Some people actually do use 4K. And it really does look better in 4K. But it doesn't harm my PC in this way, oddly enough. But the real issue with the Graphic Card, one of the fans fell out on it. Obviously, only a matter of time.

As for the story mode, yes. I'll be adding it once I add enough scenes to it since some of it is needed to be for it to be in Story mode or it wouldn't make sense if I just randomly skips part of it. So, check back in about 3-4 updates if you're willing to wait it out. I'll be updating every 2 weeks.

But if I'm able to get a new Graphic Card, depending on the poll when I get it, I might turn this into Daz. HS2 is good on its own but Daz has better expression on the faces. And I know how to create 3D stuff.

I was referring to the size vs quality, I have no problem with the 4k, took me 1 minute to download but not everyone has that speed, it's the main reason people ask for compressed versions, I see it as a waste of time, when you do it on DAZ then by all means do 4k because in that engine the difference is more noticeable, take care.

This way it's case insensitive and you don't need to duplicate your code.

Also I like having 4k images and I vastly prefer HS2 to Daz since Daz animations are always crap. I'll take old versions of Koikatsu with default animations over the janky messes that get put out in Daz (and pretty much anything not Koikatsu/HS) on the regular.

I was thinking about suggesting you create a 2-dimensional array of relational terms so you could remove the conditionals altogether but that seems like it might not be worth the effort for something that probably isn't going to change. If you did want to do that, here's what I mean (I'm not a python dev so this probably isn't quite the right syntax):

relationsIndex = 1
relationsArray = [["Mother", "Landlady", "Slave"], ["Sister", "Roommate", "Slave"]]
lr = Character(relationsArray[1][relationsIndex])

Hmm... I think this one would be a bit much. Would force people to have to start over due to so many changes. It's a good idea, though. Just don't think it'd work right now.
