I'm not sure whether being polyamorous is a learned behaviour or not.
I think it might be.
I think that, at least for the vast majority of people, jealousy is the default response. Some people may choose to learn to supress this jealousy for whatever reason.

In the game I mention, the love interests are teenage girls without experience.
They act jealous and I feel that this is actually a much more realistic behaviour than getting turned on.

I would like to think NTR and other tags only relate to the protagonist's perspective.

NTR only from the protagonist perspective? Netori (stealing someone else's girl) also falls under the NTR umbrella, I guess.
But regardless of which Japanese term means what exactly (which is a topic I don't really care about) I think it's a bit hypocritical if a person thinks that stealing someone else's girl is ok, but if somebody does the same to you it's the end of the world.

Poly, meaning that everybody is ok with it and likely also has (lesbian) sex with each other, is a different topic. If you are a cuck who get's off on watching your wife get fucked by others, then there is no jealousy, no drama. Your wife gets fucked and you wank off, everybody (more or less) happy.
But my point is that it's not default behaviour and probably also not healthy. Cuckolding is definitely unhealthy and poly, well, I don't see much wrong with it, but it seems complicated to me to maintain it IRL. It could, however, be a nice fantasy, which is something I am perfectly fine with.

As for the game, it doesn't really feel like a +section game to me. So far. But I do like it for the realistic characters of the daughters, and with that I don't only mean the jealousy aspect.

Definitions online vary slightly, but netorare, commonly abbreviated NTR, is a genre of anime, manga, etc., that started like most every other genre of those art forms in Japan. It's variously translated into English as cheating/infidelity/ adultery, or in a more specialized way, cuckolding. Lots of people don't like it (though some apparently do), and I expect that's often because they've been cheated on, know how that feels, and don't want to be reminded of those feelings that accompany such betrayal. Experienced writers know how to set that up with the intention of triggering a reaction, too. The thing is, you're not the character that you're playing, and so looking at it a certain way, it's all netorare. If you feel like those cartoon girls belong to you, though, it can trigger that kind of feelz when you see some other cartoon guy who isn't the one you're pretending to be screwing your cartoon girls. So, it hasn't bothered me so far, but I can see why so many have a real problem with it. What a mess.

Think that comes from being wary of players themselves, though. People will say a story has NTR if one of a love interest's exes shows up, or if an LI talks about past sexual experiences, or if an LI has a male coworker, or if an LI says hello to another man.
