Pregmod adds more content than the original game had at this point and it adds "sinner" content, if you haven't tried it. Free Cities has a lot of different content, there probably aren't going to be a ton of games with both sexy transformation and depraved amputation/gore. With that said some games with at least similar themes:
Lilith's Throne
Tales of Androgyny
No Haven
Corruption of Champions (search for the content mod, the thread is on the same site as FC Pregmod)
CoC 2 and Tales of Tainted Space are made by the same guy but are almost entirely futa furry content from what I hear

I am looking for games which are like "Bright Past" with point and click mechanism and a good story.

It's a real challenge, though. Bright Past is unique in its own way. I'm trying to remember the games I've played over the last few years and can't find anything close in level.
Of the completed ones, maybe Adventures Of Willy D. And with some caution, Amnesia (by Super Alex), that game is still in development.

I'm looking for good male domination games, do you have anything to recommend? I really love Desert Stalker so something similair to that would be awesome. Where you are a dominant alpha male that just takes what he wants basically. Blackmail/rape tags are also fine.

Had sci-fi post-apocalyptic stuff in a similar wasteland, but also had magic.

Another post-apocalyptic game I recently stumbled across is Violation Nation. So far it's turning out pretty good and has a decent amount of content.
